Friendly staff, nice facilities, enjoyed fireplaces. Close to restaurants, not far from DC. Spacious, clean room with necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and couch, great kitchen. Quick response to cooling issue, wonderful value. Large, well-appointed apartment with mid-century modern style. Coffee and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect location in the heart of Arlington, just a few minutes walk to amazing food and drinks. Starbucks right outside for coffee lovers! The room was fantastic with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of closet space. The entire building was clean and smelled fresh, kudos to the staff! Highly recommend for a young-adult stay in Arlington.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The facility was clean and easy to navigate, and the people were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the convenience and pleasant atmosphere.

While the warm up lights in the bathroom were a little confusing at first, it wasn't a big deal. the lack of TV access to programs like Disney or Netflix and the absence of coffee and snacks in the lobby were minor inconveniences.

my recent stay in arlington was amazing. placemakr marymount ballston exceeded my expectations. the staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the location was perfect with walking distance to the metro and great restaurants nearby.

I always stay here because it's hassle-free. The staff is helpful and I remember they found me a parking spot. The amenities suit me perfectly; free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, air conditioning, and a jacuzzi. I'm coming back for Easter.
